O&S Management Services is a division of O&S Holdings, which was founded in 1992 by Gary Safady and Paul Orfalea, the founder of Kinko’s. O&S Holdings has over $800 million in assets under management with an extensive portfolio comprised of dynamic mixed-use lifestyle, outlet and community centers.
Management of nearly 2.5 million square feet of premium mixed-use retail projects in the southeast including; Bridge Street Town Centre in Huntsville, Alabama and the Louisiana Boardwalk in Bossier City, Louisiana, as well as a national development pipeline of over 5 million square feet.
Over 200 active tenant relationships, with well-established direct relationships with many top national retailers/restaurants for both lifestyle centers (e.g.: Chico’s, Gap, Ann Taylor, Anthropologie, J.
